Thomas Paul Egan

August 9, 1957 – October 14, 2020
Age 63, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 14, 2020. A lifelong resident of Minnesota, he was a proud graduate of JFK High School where he was a member of the choir and show choir. He was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, and sang in the folk choir. After graduating from JFK, he joined the Army and spent three years touring Europe as a member of the Army show choir. Tom was proud of his service to his country. Later in life, Tom graduated from Century College with a B.A. in chemical dependency counseling. Throughout his life, Tom was a committed Vikings fan, despite many years of disappointment. He is preceded in death by parents Jack and Kay. He is survived by seven siblings – too numerous to name. He was most proud of the title, Uncle Tom, and loved his five nephews and one niece very much. He was much loved and will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be held in spring 2021.
