Jason Thaddeus “JT, Jay, JT$” Clark, Jr.

January 25, 1999 – September 23, 2020
Age 21 of Coon Rapids. Unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at the age of 21. Jay joins his grandfather, Keith Clark, in heaven. He is survived by his parents Jason & Amy Clark; siblings Ali, Aidan, & Lily; grandparents Liz Clark, Karla & Raymond Hebzynski; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins; and many friends. Jay was the best at being goofy and putting a smile on your face. He enjoyed fishing, skateboarding, biking, Pokémon Go, dumpster diving, searching for rocks, and spending time with his family. A celebration of life will take place at the Coon Rapids Dam/Mississippi Gateway Regional Park (10360 W. River Road, Minneapolis, MN 55444) on October 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
