Stepan, Dennis Charles

Age 78 of Hudson, WI. On Friday, February 28th, 2019, Dennis Charles Stepan, loving husband and father of four children, 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren, passed away at the age of 78.

Dennis was born at home in Willow River, MN back in 1942 to Jessica and Joe Stepan. He married his beautiful wife, Nancy Walker, in 1961 and they had four amazing children. He worked at Roadway Express for over 30 years and was able to retire and enjoy life at the age of 57. If you knew Dennis, you’d know there was nothing more important to him than his family. He had a love for hockey and watching his children and grandchildren play and enjoy the sport he loved.

Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Joseph E. Stepan, his mother, Jessica O. Gilliver , his sister, Beverly Greczyk and his daughter, Diana Wood. He is survived by his wife Nancy, his children, Scott (and Lynn), Brad (and Janet), Donita (and Don), 5 grandchildren, Kaitylyn Wood, Ryan Stepan, Derek Stepan (Stephanie), Josie Stepan and Zach Stepan, and 4 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th, 2020 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Hudson, WI at 1500 Vine St, Hudson, WI 54016. Visitation at 10:00 a.m., Service at 11:00 a.m and lunch served at 12:00 p.m. following the service. (Published on RiverTowns.net)
