Godward, Bertha Louise (nee Horner)

August 15, 1925 – January 10, 2020
Age 94 of Hugo. Beautiful Bertha joyful soul, departed this earth on January 10, 2020 on an amazing journey to be with her heavenly father. She was born in Fargo North Dakota on August 15, 1925 and lived in Wayzata Minnesota and Naples Florida. She especially loved to be with family, travel, play bridge, tennis and golf. She is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, James Gaydon (Pep) Godward; her parents, Lissie M. and Herbert F. Horner; brothers, John and Herbert Horner; and sister, Mary Jolly. She leaves behind her loving family. Daughters, Roberta (Jon) Latcham, Shari Godward; sons, Thomas (Kimberly) and James H. (Ann) Godward; 8 grandchildren, Karrie (Tim) Schuller, Jon J. (Danielle) Latcham, Brandon (Sarah) Godward, Nicholas and Brittany Godward, Nicholas, Alyssa and Jason Evans; also 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
