Doughty, William “Bill” Francis

October 6, 1959 – January 15, 2020
Age 60 of South St. Paul. Died 1/15/20 following a 10 plus year standoff with Glioblastoma. Much loved and sadly missed by wife Peggy (Pederson), son Sean, many family members and friends.
