March 22, 1960 – January 7, 2020
Age 59 of Cottage Grove. Passed away peacefully with his loved ones by his side on January 7, 2020 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Jay loved life and will be missed by many. There will be a celebration of life to honor and remember Jay on Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 9am to 12pm at Faith United Methodist Church, 1530 Oakdale Ave., West St. Paul 55118.
