Astleford, Lola May (nee Johnson)

November 17, 1933 – December 26, 2019
Age 86 of Lakeville, died peacefully surrounded by family on December 26, which would have been her 66th wedding anniversary. She had a long and successful career as a School Food Service Director, and was past President of the Minnesota School Food Service Association, and Food Service Directors Association of Minnesota. Lola was a former resident of Fountain Hills Arizona, where she loved the sun and warmth. She was preceded in death by husband Dale, daughter Susan, and is survived by daughters Gwen Stafne (John), Jackie Astleford, sons Joel Astleford (Lori), Brian Benson (Patty), many grandchildren and great-grandchil-dren, and twin brother Bud Johnson. We will always remember her bright fashion and blunt Lola-isms. We love you and will miss you forever. Private family service to be held after the first of the year.
