Age 65 of Bloomington. Frankie made his transition July 19, 2019 after 2.75 year of treatment for cancer. Born March 13, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA to Jose and Annamarie (Armstrong) Santos. He will be dearly missed by his wife Debra and her daughters Jessi and Allie, siblings Patricia, Joseph, Joanne, Linda, Jacqueline, Maureen and Michele. Frank lived an amazing life. He worked at The Pilots Association for 31 years. He retired and moved to Tucson, AZ to open a restaurant Frankie’s South Philly Cheesesteaks where he was always there to greet his patrons with a handshake, smile and a delicious meal. He sold the restaurant in 2017, moved to Minnesota, bought an RV and traveled the USA helping small restaurants along the way. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday August 8th 11:00am with visitation one hour prior at Pax Christi Catholic Community, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, Luncheon following at Crave Eden Prairie Center.
