Larson, Lynda Gae (nee Ebert)

September 15, 1947 – May 16, 2019
Age 71 of Ramsey. Can a smile be infectious? Lynda’s smile was a confirmation of unconditional love to her husband Roger as they cruised the open road or open water on one of their many journeys; a comfort to her father as he returned home from loading the ore carriers in the port of Two Harbors; a gentle challenge to her mother and three sisters to catch me if you can; a safe harbor of encouragement and wonder to her son Trent, daughter Tanya, and their families; a beacon for adventurous stories to her four grandchildren; Trevor, Drew, Jack and Lauryn; an invitation for fun to her friends and colleagues from the North Shore to the Twin Cities, California to South Carolina and all points in between Lynda touched millions of lives with her gracious, giving way. She had a passion for music and oil painting, crocheting, baking, card-playing and simply being a friend. After a courageous two-year battle of melanoma cancer, Lynda passed peacefully at home on May 16, 2019, 71-years young, surrounded by family and friends. She will be missed every moment of every day and night. No family gathering will ever be the same without her magical presence and amazing potato salad. We lost a friend, a lover, a companion, a sister, a mother, a grandmother, a champion. Please join the family in a Christian celebration of Lynda’s life on Friday May 24th at Zion Lutheran Church, 1601 – 4th Avenue, Anoka, MN (10:00 AM Visitation, 11:00 AM Funeral followed by a light lunch at the church).
