Eneberg, Carol Mae (nee Rasmussen)

December 22, 1930 – August 12, 2019
Age 88 of Edina, born in Hutchinson, MN and raised in St Paul. Carol was a graduate of Central High and the University of Minnesota. Survived by loving family: husband Gerald; sons, Rick (Cassandra), Gary (Maureen); very special grandson Thomas and sister, Lois/Zoe. A prolific baker, Carol had family and friends waiting each Holiday season for her wonderful thin and crispy cut sugar cookies. Carol was strong and loving with everyone her whole life.
