Age 89 of Little Canada. US Navy Korean War veteran, retired from Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, served on Board of Water Commissioners. Enjoyed his beautiful flower and vegetable gardens, woodworking, world travel and mostly, time with family and friends. Preceded in death by daughter Christine Miller, brothers Bill, Bob and Russell. Survived by loving wife Marlys of 69 years, sons Gregory, Keith (Julie), daughter Marlene (Tim) Smith; grandchildren John, Carl, Amanda, Shannon, Brian, Scott and Todd; great-grandchildren Liam, Logan, Emry, Ari and Thomas; sisters Barbara King and Beverly McGinn. Private graveside services at later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials to donor’s choice. This is the guy you wanted on your side. He will be missed every day. Rest in peace.
