Nolte, Aarin Anne (nee Kulesa)

Age 33 of Richfield, formerly of Watertown, SD passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, October 29, 2017 after a two and one half year battle with cancer. She was the wife of John Nolte and mother of David Nolte. Aarin was born on August 17, 1984 in Watertown, SD to Greg & LeeAnne (Engelhart) Kulesa, the oldest of 4 children. She was baptized at First Baptist Church, Watertown, SD. Aarin graduated from Watertown High School in 2002. She pursued her passion for health care and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Nursing in 2007. 2007 was a big year for Aarin as she married John Nolte of Grand Forks, ND and began her career in nursing at Children’s Hospitals and Clinics in Minneapolis, MN. Aarin enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, weekends at the lake and reading. Aarin is survived by her husband, John; son, David of Richfield, MN; parents, Greg & LeeAnne; sisters, Haven & Peyton, of Watertown, SD; brother, Evan (Krystle) Kulesa of Helena, MT; parents-in-law, Jerry & Marlene Nolte, of Grand Forks, ND; brother-in-law, Alan (Jodi) Nolte, of Minneapolis, MN; sister-in-law, Michelle (Cory) Fairchild, of Duluth, MN; nieces and nephews, Isaac and Samuel Nolte, Culley, Evy, Aly, Izy and Renz Fairchild; maternal grandmother, Joyce Engelhart, of Aberdeen, SD; along with many cherished aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Philip and Valeria Kulesa, of Grenville, SD; maternal grandfather, William J. Engelhart, of Aberdeen, SD; and cousin, Nathan Engelhart of Aberdeen, SD. Memorial service at 1PM Monday, November 6 at Bloomington Covenant Church, 10150 Xerxes Ave S, Bloomington, MN with Pastor Greg Ellis officiating. Visitation from 11AM-1PM, with a luncheon following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the American Cancer Society. (Published in the Star Tribune on November 1, 2017).
