McDermott, Jeanna Marie (nee Quist)

October 8, 1960 – August 10, 2018
Age 57 of Minneapolis. Preceded in death by parents, Jerald and Virginia. Survived by her children, Meghan and Mitchell; partner, Julian Pishko; brother, Jeff (Toni) Quist; sisters, Jodi (Jean) Byland and Janelle (Charlie) Wallace; 11 nieces and nephews and countless extended family and friends. Jeanna was a beloved, kind hearted, goofball who’s love of laughter was matched only by her determination to help those around her. She was adored by all she met and her spirit will live on through the rich memories she leaves behind. Funeral Service Thursday 2 PM at Hope Presbyterian Church, 7132 Portland ave., Mpls. Visitation begins at 12 PM. Celebration of life to proceed service at Bloomington Event Center. In lieu of flowers please make any donations to the family.
