Harstad, Carolyn Audrey (nee Schneider)

October 25, 1936 – July 24, 2018
Age 81 of Lakeville. Carolyn was a noted garden author, and wife of the late Dr. Peter T. Harstad. Survived by five children, 10 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson. Memorial contributions: Peter and Carolyn Harstad Scholarship Fund at Bethany Lutheran College, 700 Luther Drive, Mankato, MN 56001.
