Barth, Jason Jeffrey

October 19, 1983 – April 3, 2018
Age 34 of Woodbury, passed away peacefully in his sleep. He was loved by parents, Jeffrey and Kathy Barth; sister, Jennifer Barth; and many loving family and friends. The family thanks Pillars hospice for their care. Memorial Service will be held Sat., April 14 at 11AM with visitation 1 hour prior at O’Halloran and Murphy Woodbury Chapel, 8700 Valley Creek Rd., Woodbury, MN 55125.
