Jane married Parnell Albertson on Nov. 24, 1973, at Calmar Lutheran Church in Calmar, Iowa. She and Parnell lived in Spillville, Iowa, until the time of Parnell’s death in 1992. Later in life she adopted the hobby of coloring, even coordinating a coloring club at her apartment complex. She is survived by her sons, Aaron Albertson of Rochester and Brent (Donna) Albertson of Rochester; and her cat, Lily, which has been adopted by her sons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Parnell; and her parents, Aubrey and Frances (Clark) Osborn. At her request, there will be no formal funeral. Instead, she wanted a party.
