Narigon, Thomas Alan

November 22, 1953 – December 27, 2016
Age 63 of North Oaks, passed away after a long battle with liver cancer. He was Vice President of Purchasing for Bellisio Foods, and had worked in the food industry for many years. At heart, he was a musician and over the years played saxophone with several jazz ensembles as well as the Shoreview Northern Lights Variety Band. He spent many hours volunteering for a variety of community organizations. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; son Henry (Abby) Narigon; daughters Ellen (Andreas) Hansen, Amelia (Stuart Frazier) Narigon, and Elizabeth Narigon; as well as his parents, Joseph and Betty Narigon; two brothers, Edward (Sara) Narigon and Michael (Kim Lewis) Narigon; a sister, Nancy (Warren) Green, and many nephews, nieces, friends, and colleagues. Visitation: 4:00-7:00 pm on Friday, December 30 at Peace Methodist Church, 5050 Hodgson Rd., Shore-view. Memorial service: 1:00 pm Saturday, December 31 at the Shoreview Community Center, 4580 Victoria St North, Shoreview. Memorials preferred; a music scholarship is being created in his memory.
