Wise, Karen Marie (nee McClay)

May 7, 1959 – January 9, 2015
Age 55 of South St. Paul. Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 9, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. Karen was born in Minneapolis on May 7, 1959 to Richard and Joan McClay and graduated from Richfield High School. On Nov. 23, 2005 she married Marvin Wise in Jacksonville, FL. The couple moved back to Minnesota in 2007. She was preceded in death by her father and two sisters, Nancy Nesbitt and Kathleen Bonner. In addition to Marvin she is survived by her mother; her son, Shane McClay (Clara); nephews, Sam & Nicholas; brother-in-law, Lee Nesbitt; friend, Carol Belton; many other friends. Visitation will be held 9-10:30AM on Saturday, Jan. 24 at Concordia Lutheran Church, 5th Ave S. and Douglas, in So. St. Paul with a memorial service 10:30AM. Memorials preferred to the family.
