Cervenka, Benjamin Frank

December 14, 1982 – October 31, 2014
Age 31 of St. Paul. Died October 31, 2014, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul from Cystic Fibrosis. He was a 2001 graduate of Cook County High School in Grand Marais and University Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he lived until 2013 and became known as a singer/ songwriter. He is survived by his mother, Anne Cervenka (Humphrey); father, Frank W. Cervenka; brother, Joseph Bailey Jacobson; nephew, Joseph Jacobson; aunts; uncles; cousins; and many, many friends. A service will be held Saturday, November 8, at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Rd., Mahtomedi, MN 55115. Reception to follow from 1-4 PM at the Czech Sokol Hall, 383 Michigan St., St. Paul, MN 55102. Donations welcome to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Ben wished for people to participate in organ donations for transplants.
