Age 80 of St. Paul, passed away peacefully August 12. She grew up in Robbinsdale, Mn. She graduated with a B.F.A. from Hamline University. She is predeceased by her parents, 2 brothers, sister and her granddaughter, Brittany Lee Reff. Beloved mother of Carolyn (Peter) Ethen, Georgia Smith, Jessica Smith (Patrick Hartley). Cherished grandmother of Derek Reff (Jeff), Reginald Upshaw Jr., Nathaniel (Samantha) Ethen, Christopher (Taylor) Ethen. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Service is on Saturday, August 17th, Newman- Benson Chapel, 1415 Almond Ave., St. Paul, MN. Visitation 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Memorial service 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Refreshments following service.
