Survived by husband, Christopher; loving mother to Quentin (11), Celeste (10), and Josephine (8) Prinzing; parents, Vernon and Karin; siblings, Gregg, Kristina, and Vincent (Grace); and many other relatives and friends. Emily was an aspiring stand-up comedian, entrepreneur, & world peace organizer. Memorial Service at 5 pm with a visitation starting at 4:30 on Sunday, 10/5 at Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel, 1 Federal Dr., FL B01, Ft. Snelling, MN.
