Age 93 of West St. Paul passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sept. 20, 2012. He is survived by children Becky Lee, Bob, and Nancy Thomas of Arlington, VA; grandchildren Kevin (Celena), Mike (Kelly), Jeremy (Erin), Tom; Angie and Courtney Christman of Arlington, VA; and great-grandchildren Gavin and Grace. He graduated from Eveleth High School where he played hockey and directed his senior class production. He was a proud veteran of World War II where he served four years in the US Army. Frank graduated from Dunwoody Technical Institute and worked at West Publishing Company until he retired. He was a staunch American who took great pride in being part of the greatest generation. He was a journalist at heart who loved to read and write. An original and forward thinker and visionary, his ideas will always be the source of much family pride and humor. He never missed remembering and rewarding a family member’s birthday. He was blessed with being able to live 93 independent years doing everything his way.
